If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your merchandise for a refund OR exchange within 14 days of your purchase (some restrictions may apply). We are unable to accept returns for custom/special orders but will happily grant an exchange or store credit. All item(s) must be sent back unworn and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

We will repair any item purchased through www.saramariejewelry.com (some restrictions may apply). Repair fees may apply and vary per piece. We may not be able to repair pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable. For items purchased through retail stores, please return the damaged item to the store you originally purchased it from and they will be able to assist you with your repair.
